GIN & BITTERS

GIN & BITTERS

This is also historically known as a “Pink Gin”. Although that recipe specifically calls for Angostura Bitters. The Peychaud’s really complements the botanicals in our Gin, and provides a beautiful pink hue. A little splash of lime brightens it up.
