Just one of the endless variations on the classic Martini, this riff uses Fino Sherry. Rich, savory, and ice cold—it will shock the system and calm the nerves.
INGREDIENTS
· 1 oz Rieger Vodka
· ½ oz Framboise
· 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
· ¾ oz Simple Syrup
· 2 oz Ginger Beer
INSTRUCTIONS
Throw over ice in mixing tins. Strain into chilled Nick & Nora glass or coupe, no ice. Garnish with lemon twist.
