Here we are finding a good amount of inspiration from the Oaks Lily cocktail in this highball/sour hybrid. Often we may shake some of these ingredients but the undiluted experience is part of what we are reaching for while in creating this light and invigorating cocktail. Subtle spice with fresh juicy fruit and slightly floral undertones.

INGREDIENTS

· 1 oz RiegerVodka · ½ oz Framboise
· 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
· ¾ oz Simple Syrup
· 2 oz Ginger Beer

INSTRUCTIONS

Build all ingredients. Fill with ice and garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig.
