Rieger Gin

This cocktail is a modern classic take on a gin sour. Developed by Dale Degroff in the 1990s while working at the iconic Rainbow Room, inside Rockefeller Center. A bright and refreshing cocktail with hints of baking spice and juniper.

INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz Rieger Gin
• ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1oz Simple Syrup
• 3 Dashes Angostura bitters
• Garnish with a Lemon Wheel and Mint

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass with ice and garnish with a lemon wheel and mint.
