KC ICE WATER
FEATURED SPIRIT:
Rieger Vodka
You may remember the KC Ice Water as a frequent order at your local tavern. Full bodied, subtle minerality, and soothing chamomile make this cocktail undoubtedly drinkable
INGREDIENTS
• 1 1/4 oz Rieger Vodka
• 3/4 oz Kabinett Riesling (we use Carl Graff)
• 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 3/4 oz Chamomile Syrup (1:1 Chamomile Tea to sugar)
• 2 oz Soda Water
• Lime wheel
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients (except soda water) in a shaker tin with ice. Shake and strain into a collins glass that has the soda water at the bottom. Add ice and Garnish with either a lime wedge or lime wheel.
