The flip cocktail experience is one with distinctive texture and body. The combination of both egg white and yolk create a richness that is hard to beat. Layer in the flavorful sting of the ginger syrup and warming nature of the Angostura Bitters and you’ve got a cocktail fit for a snow day.

INGREDIENTS
• 1 oz Rieger Kansas City Whiskey
• 1 oz Rainwater Madeira
• ¾ oz Ginger Syrup*
• 1 Whole Egg**
• 2 Dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
• Garnish with Grated Nutmeg
INSTRUCTIONS
In a shaker tin, combine all ingredients and shake WITHOUT ice. Then, add a few cubes to the frothy mix and shake again until appropriately chilled. Strain into a fizz glass and garnish with grated nutmeg.
* ginger syrup - In a blender, combine 4 oz of pressed ginger juice with 4 oz of fine sugar. Blend until sugar is dissolved
