MONOGRAM MULE
FEATURED SPIRIT:
Rieger Vodka
Our riff on this iconic cocktail uses a little extra brightness from the fresh lime and an equal amount of honey to bring it all together for wonderful balance and added depth.
INGREDIENTS
• 1 1/2 oz Rieger Vodka
• 1/2 oz Honey syrup (2:1 honey to water)
• 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
• 3 oz Ginger Beer (we use Cock'n Bull)
• Lime wheel
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a mule mug or cocktail glass. Add ice last and garnish with one lime wheel.
