SINGLE BARREL PROGRAM
From the moment we started our whiskey program under the mentorship of industry legend Dave Pickerell, our goal has been to produce the highest quality whiskeys in Kansas City – and the world. That commitment is paying off, as our spirits rack up awards in prestigious national and international competitions. We’re proud to offer you the opportunity to secure your own private stock barrel of these very special whiskeys.
HOW IT WORKS:
PULL SAMPLES
One of our world-class distillers will select several barrel samples from currently aging barrels of bourbon or rye (your choice of whiskey type). We will only pick barrels older than four years
TASTING & SELECTION
In the Barrel Dining Room of our distillery, one of our world-class distillers will guide you through a tasting of the barrel samples—up to four guests included
BOTTLING
After selection, we will work with you on verbiage for your personalized label and have your spirit bottled within four to six weeks!
WHAT YOU RECEIVE:

All bottles of whiskey your barrel yields.

You will select your desired proof and we will be able to provide an estimated yield during the tasting.

-Yield example: Approximately 210 bottles if aged five years at 100 proof(ageand proof both impact yield).
