This program is a series of innovative spirits imagined, made, and bottled right here at J. Rieger & Co. These unique spirits are made in small batches and available only at the distillery.
We invite you to sample these special spirits during their limited run, whether tasting straight or in a featured cocktail.

This spirit was a labor of love seven years in the making. There was learning to love the flavor of black licorice, then ingredient research, test batches and sampling. The initial distillation of green anise, star anise, fennel, and grand wormwood was followed by a steeping in botanicals to add the green color and flavors of citrus and mint. I love everything about this spirit.

Using fresh citrus peels from our in-house juicing – something we would typically compost – I created a super bright and fresh citrus vodka. This was an experiment that started out as, “Well, let’s see how this works out.” And in the end, I was able to turn a waste product into something beautiful.

I've been interested in using foods from different cultures in the distilling process for a long time. What works well in a sauce should theoretically work well in a spirit. And this mole vodka sees that theory proven. The unique spirit combines the character from the dried chilies with the spice of the cinnamon, while the chocolate notes round out the palate.

Tasting & ATRIuM room FAQ
- Groups may walk in to enjoy our Atrium and order food and beverage from the Tasting Room window during normal business hours.
- Seating in the Atrium is first come, first served.
- Occasionally, the space may be used for private events so seating and service are not guaranteed. We recommend calling prior to your arrival to confirm that the space will be open to the public.
- Food from Monogram Lounge is not served in the Atrium. However, Monogram Lounge reservations are available for groups of fewer than 16 guests.
- Cakes, desserts, balloons, signs, decorations, and outside alcohol are not permitted.
- If your group would like to request an exception to one of these policies, please book a private event by contacting our private events director at reservations@jriegerco.com.
BOOK YOUR LARGE PARTY EXPERIENCE
Looking for more than a reservation but not ready to dive into a private event? Our large party experiences offer a guaranteed spot for mingling with catered appetizers and desserts. Perfect for birthday parties, graduations and bachelor/bachelorette parties.
- We are now offering large party experiences for groups of 10-30.
- These experiences offer reserved areas for your group and preordered food and dessert options. These are spaces meant for cocktailing and there will not necessarily be a seat for every guest.
- A 50% deposit is required to book. Requests must be received at least 2 days in advance.
- Experiences available for up to 3 hours.
